Conflict is a cost that can be eliminated, however, it requires cooperation based on facts, not on emotions. Diplomat Consulting Solutions reserves the right to refuse to execute an order if the client's legal or factual situation turns out to be unclear or requires explanations that the client is unable to provide during the verification process.

Our work is discretion and fact-based analysis. The risk analyses and statute drafts presented by us constitute solution proposals which we base on our many years of experience. We do not bear responsibility, however, for final business decisions made by clients based on our reports. In the case of disputes regarding realized services, we strive for an amicable solution through mediation, which reflects the philosophy of our company and the work techniques we use with contractors.

Copying, modifying, and distributing them without obtaining our written consent is forbidden. We understand the importance of protection of property, which is why we place weight on securing our resources just as we secure the documentation of our clients.

Using our methods, statute templates, or developed reports for commercial purposes without a concluded cooperation agreement is strictly forbidden. We operate transparently and expect the same from people using our content.
