At Diplomat Consulting Solutions, I deal with cases where ordinary conversations stopped bringing results. Since 2012, I have been supporting companies in conflict situations where emotions prevail over business logic. We build the company's operational peace because I know that conflict is a cost that can be eliminated.

Over the last 7 years, I have conducted over 120 effective mediation processes for medium-sized manufacturing and logistics enterprises in the Silesian region.
Before founding this company, I worked in the strategic consulting sector, where I learned that the most important thing in business is a cool head. I am not looking for applause, my work is discretion and fact-based analysis.
